Would be better if text/background opacity were independent

While I like this app, everything can be improved. A few suggestions:

1. On relaunching the app, it doesnt remember which display it was last positioned on (laptop display vs external Cinema display).

2. On relaunching the app, it doesnt remember the size (length) Id expanded the ticker to be.

3. Either the opacity setting should affect the background only, or there should be a separate opacitiy setting for text.

4. In Preferences, the "Keep items: For 1 day" in the General tab, and "Show items: For 1 day" in the Ticker tab should be on the same tab (IMHO) and there is space enough to explain what they do exactly.

With respect to point 4, Ive set "Keep items" to 1 day and "Show items:" also to 1 day. I then clicked "Refresh all Now" in the General tab and am still seeing items that are 7 days old (they are labeled "7d ago". So, either Ive misunderstood what these Preferencees do, or the feature is broken.

These problems notwithstanding, I still think this is a pretty decent ticker app. Ive tried them all and they all have warts. Hopefully, a talented developer with an eye for usability and esthetics will take the best from each of them and make a GREAT ticker app.
